Does it work with my garage motor?
Dele works with most motorized garage motors. When you sign up, we'll ask for your motor brand and model to confirm compatibility before booking an installation.
Can someone else trigger my garage by mistake?
No. Dele only responds to your phone. Access is tied to your account and only people you explicitly invite can open your garage.
How long does installation take?
Around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how easy it is to get power to the device. We come to you, install everything, and make sure it works before we leave.
What happens to my data?
During the pilot, the app uses test data only. No real personal information is stored in the system.
What if my phone battery dies?
Your existing remote and fob still work exactly as before, so you are never locked out.
Do I need a subscription?
Not during the beta. As an early tester you get 6 months free after launch, then a lifetime discount on the service fee.
Do I need wifi in my garage?
Yes, during this testing phase wifi in the garage is required. The controller needs to connect to the internet to receive software updates and send logs so we can improve the product. Once the product is fully launched, wifi will only be needed for the full app experience.
